"Took the family for a vacation plus in was my sons birthday. He had a blast! As soon as we pulled up he was excited about everything, from the pool and arcade to the huge room and view. And he slept like a baby, as a matter of fact everyone did! lol Being in the industry as well I have to say that everyone of the staff members were A+. The valets that helped me with check in were top notch, and got tipped $20’s. Best time I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back!"

"The best part of this stay is being just steps from the sand and ocean—it's hard to beat that kind of access. The space had a clean, modern feel and offered a relaxing, luxurious vibe throughout. The owner was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. The parking spot is a bit tight—we were able to fit our Tesla Model Y, but it does make accessing the washer a bit tricky. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay, and we’d definitely come back!"

"We had an amazing time at the condo. Mary allowed us to check in early and check out late which was incredibly helpful with our flight schedule. We arrived to a kitchen stocked well, including snacks and cold drinks, plenty of coffee to last our whole trip, and even extra toiletries in the bathroom. We had beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. The location is perfect! Steps away from a few yummy cafe's, a convenience store across the street, and walking distance (less than a mile) to both Belmont one direction and Pacific Beach the other. The beach in front of us was perfect and although right on the boardwalk, did not have any noise issues. The condo stayed cool with keeping the sliders open and fans going. Can't wait to come back!"

"We have stayed in this house several times. We are already booked for next year. There is plenty of space for our families and close to everything we love. The new patio addition is great for hanging outside. Plenty of parking makes it stress free on street sweeping days. The house is clean and modern with all of the amenities that families need. "
"We had a great time being so close to the beach and within very close walking to great restaurants. It was a very busy weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet (although hard to do on the weekend of the 4th). A minor issue we had was that the power went out and it took a while to get someone to help with that and we were able to resolve. Overall, good experience!"
